Return of Spectators
We are delighted to announce that the FA, after agreement with DCMS, has issued guidance to allow the phased return of spectators for Steps 3 to 6 of the National League System.
There are currently two phases to the return of spectators;
A trial, any date up until Sunday 30th August, where we can have a crowd capacity limit of 150 spectators...and assuming there are no issues.....
.....We can raise our capacity to a 300 crowd limit from Monday 31st August, on condition that at least one game has been held with the 150 crowd limit. This will be kept in place until further guidance is published by the FA.
Our first trial, where we can have a crowd capacity limit of 150 spectators, will be our pre-season friendly fixture against Eastleigh FC Elite Development Squad at Barlow's Park on Tuesday 25th August 2020, kick-off 7.45pm.
Post-match, we will then review how successful we have managed our arrangements and processes that have been put in place for this fixture and take any necessary steps to reduce future risks to public health & safety in the next match.
Match day arrangements for Tuesday 25th August;
> Gates will open from 6.45pm.
> Crowd capacity of 150 spectators.
> Entry fee will be 'pay what you want' on a first come basis until the limit is reached.
