On Friday we were pleased to announce the signing of 17 year old Jordan Goater from Basingstoke Town on a dual registration. We welcomed Jordan to the club and he was added to the 1st team squad at Laverstock & Ford on Saturday. This was billed as a big match against the current league leaders and it didn't disappoint. After conceding the first goal we went on a first half rampage with five goals being knocked in before the break with some excellent football. Paul Coventry and two apiece from Danny Vickers & Sam Hamilton saw us take a 5-1 half time lead. The second half didn't go our way for a variety of reasons, but needless to say we held on with ten men to win the match 6-5. Sam Hamilton

The Reserves suffered a cruel 5-1 defeat away at a very good Sholing side on Saturday. Two late goals for the home side made the score line appear a bit

The 1st team lost their unbeaten record away at Christchurch on Saturday. Two first half (somewhat fortunate) goals from the hosts saw them secure all three points. We put in a strong and dominant second half performance, but failed to take any of our opportunities that could have given us something from the game. The Reserves lost 5-3 at home to Wyvern (East) League leaders Gosport Borough at Barlow's Park on Saturday. It was a
